As our international business continues to grow, we are looking for an exceptional Head of Brand, Communications and Marketing to become the guardian of our brand and help shape its future.

We are not looking for someone to manage marketing. We are looking for someone who will help shape the next chapter of KAIA as one of Europe’s most distinctive contemporary design brands – where traditional craftsmanship is preserved, reimagined and elevated through contemporary design and avant-garde thinking.

the role
Working directly with the Founder and Creative Director, you will be responsible for developing and elevating KAIA’s international brand presence across communications, PR, digital marketing, content and partnerships.

Responsibilities
· develop and strengthen the KAIA brand across all international touchpoints
· ensure consistency in visual identity, messaging and tone of voice
· develop and execute international communications and PR strategies
· build relationships with leading design, architecture and lifestyle media, editors, journalists and industry partners
· coordinate press releases, interviews, editorial features and award submissions
· develop integrated marketing campaigns aligned with the long-term brand strategy
· lead digital communication across Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest and newsletters
· oversee website content and develop presentations, catalogues, lookbooks, case studies and sales materials
· manage photography, video productions, product launches, exhibitions and collaborations
· identify strategic partnerships and new opportunities to increase KAIA’s international visibility
· manage external PR agencies, photographers, videographers and freelancers
· collaborate closely with Product Development, Operations and Business Development

Profile
You combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and have a strong understanding of how premium brands create long-term value.

· at least five years’ professional experience in brand, communications or marketing
· experience within luxury, premium design, architecture, interiors or lifestyle
· proven experience developing and growing premium brands
· strong international PR and media relations experience
· an established network within design, architecture or luxury media is highly desirable
· outstanding written and verbal English
· excellent project management and organisational skills
· strong visual sensitivity and attention to detail
· experience managing creative projects from concept to execution

Profil
· Erfahrung in Operations, Logistik, Lagerorganisation oder Office Management
· Sehr strukturierte & zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
· Organisationstalent & hohe Eigenmotivation
· Selbstständiges Arbeiten & Verantwortungsbewusstsein
· Freude an Ordnung, Struktur & effizienten Prozessen
· Kommunikativ, hands-on & teamorientiert

Kurzbeschreibung
Unterstützung im Bereich Produktdesign und Produktentwicklung für hochwertige Leuchten, die Design, Handwerk und Technologie verbinden.

Aufgaben
· Mitarbeit in der Produktentwicklung & Konstruktion
· Unterstützung bei Prototypen, Tests & Anpassungen
· Erstellung von Zeichnungen, 3D-Modellen & Visualisierungen
· Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Werkstatt, Art Direction & Produktion

Profil
· Bachelor-/Masterstudium Produkt- oder Industriedesign
· Kenntnisse in SolidWorks, Rhino & Adobe Creative Suite
· Bereitschaft, auch praktisch in der Werkstatt mitzuarbeiten
· Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
